Founded by Ramiro Atucha, a recognized entrepreneur and industry leader with over two decades of hands-on experience building companies across Latin America, Europe, and the United States, the firm provides board-level strategic, regulatory, and commercial guidance to operators, suppliers, investors, and founders.
While personally led and directed by Ramiro, the firm counts on a trusted network of proven professionals and specialists — experts he has collaborated with over the years — who can be brought into projects whenever their specific expertise is required.

Built a leading Latin American content and platform provider, active across regulated and pre-regulated markets such as Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Mexico, Ecuador, and the Dominican Republic. Covering game studio, aggregation, PAM, Sportsbook, Casino, and VLT solutions.
Leander Games (2007–2019) — Founder & CEO
Established in Buenos Aires and scaled into Europe, the U.S., and Asia — one of the first Latin American suppliers to operate globally and considered among the industry’s first independent aggregators.
Ixone (1999–2007)
Software factory and digital identity firm based in Argentina, offering services to the U.S. market and laying the foundation for his understanding of growth, partnerships, and international development.
